Silvura Return and Refund Policy
At Silvura, we stand behind the premium quality of our Silver-Ion towels and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Our "No-Hassle" Replacement Policy Because our towels are personal hygiene and skincare items, and because we know dealing with return shipping labels and post offices is complicated and frustrating, we do not require you to physically mail items back to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will make it right without making you jump through hoops.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If your towels arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect color, you are eligible for a full refund or a completely free replacement. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request this.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement To start the process, you do not need a return shipping label. Simply follow these two steps:

Include your 4-digit Order Number and attach a clear photo showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Once our team reviews the photo (usually within 24 to 48 hours), we will immediately issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a brand-new replacement package to your door at absolutely zero cost to you.
Refund Processing If you choose to receive a refund instead of a free replacement, we will notify you as soon as it is approved and processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-5 business days).
