Silvura Shipping Policy

At Silvura, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping timelines and procedures below.

Order Processing All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email once your package leaves our warehouse. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Times We proudly offer reliable, tracked shipping. Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, the estimated transit time is 6 to 12 business days.

Total expected delivery time (Processing + Transit) is between 7 to 14 business days.

Order Tracking As soon as your towels are shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package's journey directly to your door. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after receiving your email.

Incorrect Addresses & Modifications Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you realize you made an error, contact us immediately at silvura.towels@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your information, but once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or reroute the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If you are still unable to locate your order after 48 hours of the delivery notice, please contact our support team and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
